Join our team at OK Tire Store & Service and play a crucial role in solving customers’ problems and fostering long-lasting relationships. In the Outside Sales role, you will be responsible for driving growth within our divisions including Tires, Tire Services, Mechanical Services, Alignments, CTIS, IntelliTire, Tracks, Wheels, and more. Your primary goal will be to expand business with existing accounts, cultivate new relationships, and address concerns to ensure profitability through exceptional customer service.
Duties:
- Develop and maintain loyal customer relationships through personalized service.
- Provide outstanding phone and face-to-face customer service, utilizing customer growth and new customer call sheets.
- Track customer interactions daily in CRM and adhere to CRM guidelines.
- Create and execute individual yearly sales plans.
- Utilize value proposition tools to differentiate OK Tire from competitors.
- Ensure a welcoming environment by greeting customers warmly and promptly.
- Collaborate with service department supervisors to meet customer needs efficiently.
- Maintain margins while following proper work order procedures, including accurate data entry and documentation.
- Code outside billing correctly and ensure accurate billing procedures for various payment methods.
- Offer and leverage finance options such as CFNA and John Deere Financial.
- Complete national account and government paperwork accurately and timely as directed.
- Obtain necessary approvals on Auto Integrate for fleet services.
- Maintain showroom cleanliness and adhere to safety policies and procedures.
- Participate in company events and training to stay updated on sales techniques and trends.
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and stand for prolonged periods occasionally.
- Minimum 1 year of sales/customer service experience preferred; Service Writing background strongly preferred.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of learning company-specific software.
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
- Willingness to primarily work on the road while contributing effectively to a team environment.
