Job Summary:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our administrative team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering and managing data related to towing operations, customer information, and service records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Input and update data in our database with a high level of accuracy.
- Review and verify documents for completeness and accuracy before data entry.
- Maintain organized records and ensure data integrity in the system.
- Assist with generating reports and summaries as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and improve data processes.
- Perform general administrative tasks to support office operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
- Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.35 - $18.90 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
