The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, enhancing customer satisfaction, and ensuring the smooth functioning of our establishment. Responsibilities
- Assist the General Manager in managing daily operations, including staff supervision and customer service excellence.
- Oversee food preparation and kitchen management to ensure high-quality culinary standards are met.
- Manage shift schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels for optimal service delivery.
- Train, develop, and mentor team members to foster a positive work environment and enhance performance.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to maintain inventory levels and manage food costs effectively.
- Implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to maintain a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Conduct regular inspections of the facility to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality management or as an Assistant Manager in a similar environment.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary practices.
