Due to recent growth and new wireless service partnerships, we are expanding our outreach and support operations. We are currently seeking a Wireless Customer Success Associate to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting customer satisfaction by guiding clients through their wireless service experience—from initial onboarding to sales-support.

Wireless Customer Success Associate Key Responsibilities
- Support wireless customers by responding to inquiries and guiding them through product and service options
- Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and efficiency, focusing on first-contact resolution
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current wireless plans, upgrades, and service policies
- Assist with account changes and service adjustments, ensuring customer records are accurate
- Contribute to customer retention efforts by creating positive, helpful interactions
