As a Case Manager at Women’s Firstep, you will play a vital role in guiding residents through personalized recovery plans, connecting them with essential resources, and advocating for their success.
What You’ll Do:
- Work one-on-one with residents to assess needs, develop Individual Service Plans (ISPs), and track progress.
- Facilitate monthly case management meetings to ensure accountability and growth.
- Provide support in navigating community resources, securing medications, and attending appointments.
- Assist in maintaining a sober and structured environment through weekly check-ins and accountability measures.
- Collaborate with staff in team meetings to advocate for residents and address concerns.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports to track resident progress.
What We’re Looking For:
- A bachelor’s degree is required (a related field is preferred, but experience in the field may be considered).
- A compassionate and organized individual with a passion for helping others succeed.
- Strong communication and advocacy skills to support clients in achieving independence.
- Ability to work as part of a team and uphold the mission of Women’s Firstep.
- Experience in case management, recovery programs, or social services is a plus.
