Program Coordinator
The Program Coordinator will oversee a program that serves youth with behavioral and emotional challenges. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing and implementing programmatic strategies for the youth, including behavior management and trauma-informed care, while ensuring a safe and supportive environment. The Program Coordinator is also responsible for treatment approaches and ensuring compliance with licensing regulations, providing direct hands-on training and support to staff members. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a commitment to youth development, and a deep understanding of trauma-informed practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage operations of the residential program.
- Stay up-to-date with best practices in trauma-informed care, behavioral health interventions, and youth development strategies.
- Build strong, positive relationships with youth residents, serving as an advocate for their needs and well-being.
- Foster a structured environment that prioritizes safety, personal growth, and positive interactions for youth.
- Collaborate with clinical teams to address behavioral issues, providing guidance on intervention techniques.
- Train and support staff in behavioral intervention techniques to de-escalate situations and promote positive behavioral outcomes.
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to staff to ensure alignment with the organization's goals and values.
- Foster a collaborative, supportive work environment that encourages staff to develop their skills and maintain high performance standards.
- Ensure compliance with licensing and accreditation standards, including health and safety regulations.
- Monitor and manage the program’s budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and cost-effective service delivery.
- Prepare and submit required reports, including incident reports, performance metrics, and program evaluations.
- Provide crisis intervention and support as needed, ensuring the physical and emotional safety of all youth.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Proven ability in relationship management and administrative tasks
- 2 Years in a Behavioral Health Field
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
