Ensure residents have all Medical Equipment and supplies they need

Monitor vitals and patient behavior and report to nurse on duty

Complete restorative or Functional Maintenance Exercises as ordered

Ensure documentation is accurate and complete each shift

Participate with MDS/Care Plan Coordinator to develop resident plan of care

Complete walking rounds with oncoming and offgoing CNAs to be up to date on resident care

Other Requirements:
Clear/Active Florida License
Pass a Level II Background Check
Must be able to pass a drug screen and be medically cleared

$2 Weekend differential
