What are the responsibilities and job description for the RN Night Supervisor position at Okeechobee SNF Operations, LLC?
*****This is located in the town of Okeechobee in Okeechobee County*****
RN Supervisor- Full Time-Nights (7pm-7am) Rotating Weekends
Essential Duties Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care to the residents and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants.
- Such supervision must be in accordance with current Federal, State, and Local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility.
- Confirm that all nursing personnel assigned comply with the written policies and procedures established by this facility.
- Meet with your assigned nursing staff, as well as support personnel, in planning the shift’s services, programs and activities.
- Make nightly rounds of the Nursing Department to ensure that all nursing personnel are performing their assignments.
- Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges of residents as required.
Job Requirements:
- One (1) to three (3) years related experience; supervisory experience preferred.
- Must have a current/active CPR certification.
- Possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as an RN in Florida.
