Your duties will include coordinating with the Food & Beverage Manager to deliver high-quality products and services to our guests. Key responsibilities include:
- Utilizing point-of-sale systems efficiently, including Jonas, Clover hand-held, and ValueTec.
- Initiating contact with guests within 15 feet with a warm welcome and offering a sincere thank you at the conclusion of their visit.
- Greeting guests in a friendly, courteous manner and assisting them throughout their interaction.
- Maintaining effective communication between staff members.
- Leading by example, setting a benchmark of performance in innovation, motivation, and engagement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. Additional requirements include:
- Able to lift 50 pounds occasionally.
- Ability to maintain a clean and orderly appearance and be dressed in uniform at the start of each shift.
- Passion for serving guests with a focus on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
- High School diploma or equivalent required; related experience preferred.
