Customer Service Representative
As OKIN's Process Customer Service Representative, you are an integral part of the company's success. You will work as an advocate for the client and handle all requests. You will provide information regarding inbound order management. You will fulfill customer requirements to ensure exceptional service standards and respond efficiently to inquiries while maintaining high customer satisfaction. You will play an essential part that is necessary to keep the business operating successfully, elevating the customer experience.
Responsibilities:
The role requires a problem-solving personality and excellent communication skills, resilience to stress, reliability, and attention to detail, daily communication with clients to provide customer services and solutions. You will also be responsible for communicating with internal teams to verify and resolve client issues. The objective is to ensure excellent service standards and high customer satisfaction.
Duties include:
- Greet customers and determine the reason for the call
- Processing client's requests and directives
- Provide accurate and complete information using correct methods
- Problem Solving within all protocols and tools
- Verify and maintain customer account information
- Daily communication with both internal and external customers
- Handle customer escalations
- Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Experience in Customer Service Field is a big advantage
- Problem solving and goal-oriented personality, reliability, and attention to detail
- Knowledge of MS Office (esp. MS Excel) and Google Sheet
- Experience with Telco is an advantage
- High School graduate, Associate or bachelor's degree is an advantage
