Main Duties
- Process all employee and student payrolls within the payroll system.
- Verify and correct all payroll-related tax filings and payments within the payroll system and university files.
- Maintain all payroll records and ensure the accuracy of the payroll system.
- Complete payroll onboarding and E-Verify processes for new employees.
- Regularly communicate with employees and student employees regarding payroll-related matters.
