Responsibilities
- Create vision and develop institutional-wide initiatives for student engagement and leadership development.
- Collaborate with other departments to design and implement programs that foster faculty-staff and student interaction outside the classroom.
- Serve as a liaison with various student organizations and groups on campus.
- Mentor and guide student organization advisors, ensuring they meet their annual goals and maintain their membership charters.
- Manage budget units related to areas of responsibility.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in higher education administration, student development, Spiritual Formation, Leadership Studies, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in student life, community life, collegiate ministry, or a related arena.
- Strong leadership and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage with and advocate for students.
