About the Administrative Assistant position
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant who will support the Executive Office by performing event planning, secretarial, and administrative tasks. The position is full-time and includes paid leave and benefits. The position requires 5 years of experience in office support or assistant positions. The successful candidate must be an active member of a Southern Baptist church.
Administrative Assistant responsibilities are:
Help supervisor arrange daily schedule, setting up meetings, travel, speaking engagements and monitoring agenda

Help supervise the performance of clerical and ministry assistant staff

Receive and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence

Manage office filing system and legal files

Keep and maintain financial records
Assist supervisor with monitoring team budget and account reconciliation
Event planning and coordinating
Administrative Assistant requirements are:

5 years' experience of working in an assistant or office support position

MS Office knowledge and English proficiency

Strong organizational and time management skills,

Strong verbal and written communications skills

Confidentiality and discretion
