Our Blood Institute is actively seeking qualified candidates for a rewarding position that is responsible for successfully manufacturing blood and blood components.
Considered applicants must have a high school diploma, transcript, or GED. A successful candidate must be on-time, reliable, good communicator, detail oriented, and work well with others. This position requires candidates to have reliable transportation, working telephone, standing for long periods of time, and ability to lift 50 lbs regularly. We provide paid on-the-job training!

Location: Oklahoma City, OK
Pay: $15.00-$18.00 an hour or based on education and/or experience plus shift differential and holiday pay and $500 bonus after 6 months and $1,000 bonus after 1 year!
Days: Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
Hours: 6:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Position:
To successfully manufacture platelet products (PLAP) that meet FDA requirements for safety, potency and purity.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- No experience necessary
- Good communication skills and professional demeanor

Primary Responsibilities:
- Manufacture Pathogen reduced platelet products (PLAP)
- Ensure high quality product that meets FDA requirements for safety, potency and purity
- Inspect, verify and label pathogen reduced platelet products
- Provide sample platelet products for QC analysis
- Perform maintenance and quality control of equipment for pathogen reduced platelets as appropriate
- Enter data of platelet products
- Seg blood/plasma components as determined by the lead
- Verify standard operating procedures as required
- Assist in the training of staff
