Location : Oklahoma City, OK
Pay : Competitive pay based on education and / or experience and $500 bonus after 6 months and $1,000 bonus after 1 year!

Hours : 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m. (may vary)
Position :
The Participant Screener for the Research & Development department will be responsible for consenting, screening, and drawing blood for infectious disease testing from donors participating in collections of cell therapy products and drawing samples for R&D clients. Other primary tasks include assembling and managing donor charts, looking up and filing test results, and completing certificates of analyses. Secondary tasks will be assisting members of the R&D department as needed to help them accomplish the goals of their projects. This full-time position is under the supervision of the Director of R&D.
Qualifications :
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Requires travel (50-75% across OK, TX, and AR)
- Up to date on DS training in screening donors using DonorID for blood donation
- Up to date on DS training in phlebotomy and whole blood collection from donors
- Pleasant demeanor and works well with others
- Knowledge of computers and use of windows programs required
- Knowledge of and experience with SafeTrace software system required
- Good attention to detail
- Strong ability to focus
- Self-motivated
- Trustworthy
- Good organizational skills
- Good communication skills
- Able to stand, sit, or walk for long periods of time
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of any data or test results
