Job Description
The Office Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our office and is responsible for:
· Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including phone calls, emails, and mail
· Daily office operations, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities
· Scheduling meetings and setting up conference rooms
· Assisting with marketing and events
· Assisting with bookkeeping and financial tasks, including invoicing and expense reporting
· Maintaining office records, databases, and filing systems
· Preparing reports, presentations, and other documents
· Working with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective services
· Provide administrative support to association staff
· Management of mediation review program, which allows disputes between patients and dentists to be resolved by neutral parties
· Other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Experience as an office manager, administrative assistant, or similar role
- Organized and proactive
- Strong written and verbal communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Familiarity with basic bookkeeping and financial tasks
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred
This is a non-exempt, hourly (minimum 35 hours per week) position. Pay is $35-$40k annually, commensurate with experience. Dental reimbursement program after 6 months of employment. Optional medical insurance benefits available.
Salary : $35,000 - $40,000
