THIS IS A CONTRACT POSITION VIA GALT FOUNDATION. THIS IS NOT A STATE JOB AND DOES NOT HAVE STATE BENEFITS.
Pay Rate:
Social Worker level I: $17.69/hour
Social Worker level II: $22.10/hour
Summary: This position with the Escalate Issues Department within the ADvantage Waiver is hybrid in-person/telework position. This position has the potential to be fully in-person within by April 2025. The candidate will need to provide a high-speed internet connection (not a hot spot) to work remotely. If candidate cannot maintain connectivity they will work from an OKDHS office.
This position will offer support for the Escalated Issues department. It will require frequent reviews of member incidents. It requires the use of several state enterprise systems to coordinate communications. The ideal candidate will have existing familiarity with these systems and/or be a fast learner on systems of this type.
This position will be analyzing, providing supporting information and case documentation and/or case actions for the following (among other tasks):
Preference may be given to applicants with previous experience with ADvantage Program and/or the Harmony system.
NECESSARY CONNECTIVITY
Must be able to frequently lift up to 15 lbs for transporting computer.
Must have stable and reliable home internet (high-speed and not a hot spot) for telework or will be required to work in office.

- Provider Question Support (Harmony system)
- Escalated Issues Support - Determine Status of Escalated Issues pending (Harmony system)
- Research of active Critical Incidents and determine requirements needed for completion and/or assignments as needed
- Research fraud, waste, and abuse (AVA System)
- Make and take Member phonecalls on a limited basis
- Maintain a high level of customer service
- Maintain a high level of professional communication within the EI department while using MS Teams
