Behavioral Health Case Manager
The Oklahoma County Crisis Intervention Center (OCCIC) and the Oklahoma Crisis Recovery Unit (OCRU) are seeking a case manager to join each of their facilities. Located in the Oklahoma City metro area, OCCIC/OCRU provides non-hospital emergency intervention for adults experiencing mental health challenges, substance use disorders, or co-occurring conditions.
In this role, the case manager will work as part of a treatment team to provide case management services to facility consumers. The treatment approach is trauma-informed, co-occurring, person-centered, and recovery-oriented.

- Base Salary:
- Sr. Behavioral Health Case Manager II: $49,500.00 ($23.79/hr)
- Behavioral Health Case Manager: $47.750.00 ($22.95/hr)
- Total Compensation range of $51,699 to $68,649, depending on the number of covered dependents. Compensation range includes base salary, retirement match and benefits allowance to help you pay for your benefits. Compensation range does not include shift differentials!
- FLSA Status: Nonexempt
- Number of Vacancies: Two (2)
- Evenings/Nights – extra $3.00 hr.
- Weekends – extra $3.00 hr.
- Holidays – extra $3.00 hr.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
- Sr. Behavioral Health Case Manager II: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited program in a behavioral health field or closely related behavioral science field and two (2) years of experience in professional case management behavioral health services.
- Behavioral Health Case Manager II: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited program in a behavioral health field.
Special requirements:
- Willing to fulfill any job-related travel
- Contingent to training availability, Department sponsored case management certification will be completed within 30 days of start date.
