Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, direct, and oversee the operations of Maintenance, Housekeeping, Warehouse, and Food Service departments to ensure efficient and effective delivery of service.
- Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement of services and operational processes.
- Advise the Executive Director on compliance concerns and operational matters.
- Prepare comprehensive reports for ODMHSAS and other state and federal agencies as required.
- Ensure the facility complies with all local, departmental, state, and federal fire, security, and safety laws and regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain compliance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address operational needs and resolve issues promptly.
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience in managing plant operations and support services, preferably in healthcare or similar settings.
- Strong knowledge of compliance requirements related to fire, security, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to prepare detailed reports and communicate effectively with regulatory agencies.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze operational processes and implement improvements.

- Annual Salary is $81,350/yr - $39.11/hr, plus generous benefits allowance
