About the Position: The Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (ODMHSAS) is currently seeking a Program Manager located in the Oklahoma City, OK area. The incumbent will directly report to the Director while coordinating and implementing programs for those in recovery and individuals experiencing homelessness while struggling with behavioral health and/or substance use concerns Key responsibilities include providing technical assistance, consultation, and training to contracted providers, community stakeholders, partner organizations, and other state agencies. The Program Manager will also lead the development of housing initiatives based on best practices, fostering collaborative efforts across agencies to improve housing stability and recovery outcomes for vulnerable populations.

- Primary Working Hours are M-F; 8-5
- FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
- Master’s degree in psychology, social work, sociology, public health, or any related degree and (3) years of professional or administrative experience in recovery and Housing First housing programs including one year in a supervisory or management position OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- NOTE: No substitution for bachelor’s degree.
- Applicants must be willing and able to fulfill any job-related travel normally associated with this position and as such have a valid driver’s license
