Compensation :
132,000 - $169,500 yearly
Responsibilities :
- Analyze market trends and develop strategies to increase annual sales volume
- Collaborate with insurance agents to provide training and support for effective sales techniques
- Evaluate and update insurance policies to ensure compliance with industry regulations
- Establish and maintain relationships with key clients to drive customer retention and satisfaction
- Monitor competitor activities and adjust sales tactics to maintain a competitive edge in the market
