Oklahoma Embroidery Supply & Design (OESD), a nimble, energetic producer and marketer of digital embroidery designs for the home embroidery market. We are seeking a skilled Product Marketing Manager. This is a full time, career oriented role working onsite at our offices in Oklahoma City, OK.
Job Summary
The Product marketing manager (PMM) works at the intersection of product development, marketing, and sales. The job includes the responsibility to develop and implement a marketing strategy roadmap for a wide range of products- both physical and digital. The PMM is responsible for promoting and selling OESD products by creating and executing marketing strategies. This position works closely with the Director of Marketing to create campaigns to launch, boost and promote product and educational events. The PMM will also work with the internal content team to create compelling content to be used in print, social and e-commerce settings.
Essential Functions
- Set and Maintain Branding Standards: Enhance product branding and messaging with creative design and storytelling.
- Market Research: Conduct meaningful market studies and use insights to drive product development and strategy.
- Product Positioning: Define the voice, positioning, and branding for new and existing products both in brick-and mortar shops as well as e-commerce settings.
- Marketing Strategy: Design and execute innovative campaigns to boost demand and adoption rates.
- Product Launch: Plan and lead the launch of new products as well as updates to existing offerings.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with internal content team to create diverse content for print, digital, and social media platforms.
- Content Management: Schedule and oversee content production and collaborate with content creators.
- Data Analysis: Track success metrics, analyze results, and iterate for better outcomes.
- Customer Feedback: Gather feedback post-launch to refine and improve product strategies.
Competencies
- A minimum of 3 years in marketing, content management, or a related field.
- A crafty, sewing, or maker personality with a deep love for storytelling and creativity.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to articulate ideas and strategies effectively.
- Comfort with data analysis to measure success and drive informed decision-making.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects seamlessly without missing a beat.
- Familiarity with content management systems, graphic design tools, and digital marketing
Travel
Limited travel is required for attendance at company tradeshows, or other industry events.
