JOB SUMMARY: Assist the Post Retail Manager in managing the operational processes in our post retail department. The operational process in Post retail includes sorting donations, preparing donations for sale through our Outlet store, and processing donations for salvage sale. This position helps supervise one of the important processes at GCO, which is both rewarding and hard work. The key components of the role are to meet daily equipment needs by ensuring equipment is utilized and staged properly for sale at the outlet store.

Starting Pay: $25.00/ hour
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Punctual and dependable attendance.
- Partner with Manager to mentor, coach, motivate, and supervise Post Retail staff.
- Lead and perform the sorting, processing of salvage donations, equipment utilization, and the transfer of material handling of equipment to meet required production output and daily goals.
- Train to safely operate equipment to include bailer, tipper, pallet jacks, and forklifts.
- Lead by example to ensure that all procedures and best practices are consistently followed.
- Comply with GCO policies and Donated Goods Retail (DGR) standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety and security policies and procedures.
- Prepare and submit reporting and daily activity reports as required in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with administrative units such as IT, Payroll, Benefits to complete all administrative tasks, such as timekeeping approval and facilitate proper onboarding and offboarding in our systems.
- Partner with the Safety and Asset Protection teams to support cross-functional needs.
- Ensure that customer service expectations are consistently achieved.
- Resolve customer and employee concerns, partnering as necessary to achieve a positive outcome.
- Review and be familiar with Goodwill of Central Oklahoma safety policies, programs and procedures and adhere to all safety rules, regulations and safety codes. Attend safety training and meetings and report any unsafe work conditions, accidents or injuries immediately.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform other duties and projects as required by management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Three years of experience in a related field required.
- 2 years of experience in a supervisory role preferred.
- Must be 21 years old.
- Valid Oklahoma Drivers License and Car Insurance Verification, required.
- Must pass MVR check and maintain a good driving record.
- Ability to complete and maintain CPR certification.
- Ability to speak, read and write the English language.
- Reliable transportation and communication, required.
- Bilingual a plus.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Works in climate-controlled retail setting at times and a production environment exposed to airborne particles such as dust, mold, dirt and pollen as well as extreme heat and cold.
- Must be available to work during operating hours as needed for business operations. Work schedule includes days, evenings, holidays, and weekends are required.
- Moderate noise level.
- Works 40 hours per week or more when required.
- Occasional travel required.
