Location: North Campus- 4050 W. Memorial Road, OKC OK 73120
Shift: 6:00am-2:30pm M-F with every other weekend.
Responsibilities
The Diet Office Assistant provides initial visitation regarding food preferences, tolerances and obtains standard screening information within 48 hours of admission. Provides basic food and clinical nutrition care for patients identified as not at nutrition risk. Processes menus and checks trayline for accuracy of physician diet order to patient tray services. Performs all work with accord to the mission, vision and values of the Oklahoma Heart Hospital.
Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience: Three (3) to five (5) years of administrative office experience required, preferably in a healthcare diet office setting.
