Responsibilities
The Cath Lab Supervisor is primarily responsible for the assisting the manager/ director in day-to-day operations of the cath lab with regard to patient care management, resource management, knowledge and adherence to federal and state regulations. Actively participates in direct patient care 75% of the time. Collaborates with the Cath Lab manager/ director and other managers and directors in sharing of staff and resources, as well as assists in the cross training of the staff. Assists the manager/ director as needed for projects aimed at achieving the hospital mission and incorporating the values of the hospital in day-to-day activities.
Qualifications
Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Licensure/Certification: Registered Nurse with current Oklahoma licensure, ACLS within 18 months of hire and current BLS certification required. CCRN preferred.
Experience: Minimum of three (3) years continuous clinical experience in the Cath Lab, which includes two (1) years of recent management experience preferred. Previous experience in the Critical Care Unit preferred.
