Your Role:
As our Setup, Assembly, Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI), and Detail Technician, you will be essential to ensuring our motorcycles, ATVs, and powersports vehicles are ready to hit the road or trail with confidence. This role is perfect for someone who is mechanically inclined, enjoys problem-solving, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble motorcycles, ATVs, and other powersports vehicles with precision and care, ensuring they meet our high standards.
- Perform Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) to verify the safety, functionality, and overall quality of each vehicle before customer delivery.
- Meticulously detail vehicles to showroom quality, showcasing the best of what Honda and Suzuki have to offer.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues as they arise, ensuring that each machine operates smoothly.
- Follow clear instructions and processes while maintaining the flexibility to tackle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, contributing to a safe and productive environment.
Who You Are:
- A hands-on individual with some mechanical experience or knowledge. You understand how things work and take pride in putting them together.
- You hold a valid Class D driver’s license with a clean driving record. A motorcycle endorsement and forklift experience are a plus but not required.
- Do you own your own tools?
- Physically capable of working on your feet and handling the demands of the role, including standing and moving for up to 8 hours a day.
- A team player with a positive attitude, ready to work efficiently and tackle challenges head-on.
- Able to manage multiple tasks, follow instructions, and solve problems with ease.
