Assistant Deputy Director - E11E ES
Annual Salary $85,000.00 Full State Employee Benefits
Travel is occasional. Must possess a valid driver's license and must maintain required car insurance.
Hours worked may include on-call, extended and/or weekend hours.
Preferred Minimum Qualifications
- A master's degree and four years of professional experience
- OR a bachelor's degree and five years of experience
- OR an equivalent combination and experience, substituting 1 additional year of qualifying experience for each year of the required education.
Job Responsibilities
- Review and analyze data regarding case management activities for DDS.
- Make recommendations for process improvements and allocation of resources.
- Oversee the new employee academy activities, mentoring and clerical support.
- Represent case management in meetings with other units and divisions.
