Minimum Qualifications
- Master’s degree and four years of professional experience.
- OR Bachelor’s degree and five years of professional experience.
- OR an equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting one year of professional level experience for each year of the required education.
Seeking a highly motivated individual to serve as the lead for the Family-Based Contracts within Oklahoma Human Services . This position will be integral in developing and executing strategies to support designated populations, driving the development and implementation of resource services for the families we serve.
Job Duties
- Lead in crafting and executing strategies to support designated populations.
- Develop Requests for Proposals (RFPs) tailored to specific populations targeted for OKDHS resource services and collaborate with agency leadership to obtain approval for all contracts.
- Manage the contract creation process for over 20 providers per funding round, ensuring alignment with program goals.
- Working closely with the Contracts and Purchasing team and agency executive leadership, you will determine the populations that programs will address.
- Oversee staff management, effectively delegating tasks and responsibilities, and assist in writing, developing, and implementing policies and procedures.
- Ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations surrounding the TANF program and its associated initiatives will be a key aspect of your role.
- As the program evolves, other responsibilities may be added to meet emerging needs and opportunities.
Preference may be give to applicants with experience in writing contracts.
