Project Manager III -E52C 5172-III Annual Salary: $95,000/Per year plus full state benefits
Project Manager II - 5172-II Annual Salary: $80,000/Per year plus full state benefits
Project Manager I - 5172-I Annual Salary: $60,000/Per year plus full state benefits
Travel is Occasional - Must possess a valid driver's license and must maintain required car insurance.
Minimum Qualifications
Project Manager III Completion of the curriculum requirements for a baccalaureate degree in business administration or related field of study; plus 5 years of project coordination or management; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Project Manager II Completion of the curriculum requirements for a baccalaureate degree in business administration or related field of study; plus 3 years of project coordination or management; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Project Manager I Completion of the curriculum requirements for a baccalaureate degree in business administration or related field of study; plus 2 years of project coordination or management; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preference may be given to candidates with Senior PM experience with complex agency-wide efforts, PMP, or Agile Certification
Job Duties
Coordinates tasks and provides professional administrative support to Financial Services to ensure the successful implementation of multiple projects into one comprehensive financial system. Ensures SMEs, Implementers, and project teams are in alignment to ensure desired outcomes.
Under administrative direction, coordinates tasks and provides professional administrative support to multiple business and technology based project teams. Identifies and defines project requirements, scope, objectives and budget. Works closely with project team members, managers and leads to help deliver major agency projects efficiently.
Prepares and maintains project plans, schedules, budget, resources, and equipment; tracks project progress.
Identifies expected outcomes and establishes timelines; ensures deliverables are met.
Reviews technical project requirements, identifies interdependencies with internal or external departments or service providers, delegates responsibilities, monitors project progress.
Analyzes risks and opportunities, identifies issues, and provides evidence-based solutions.
Creates and maintains project-related documentation, including requirements, specifications, change control, testing, or training related documentation; maintains contracts, invoices, or payment records; prepares reports for project stakeholders.
Act as the point of contact and communicates project status to all stakeholders.
Schedules and facilitates cross-functional meetings to aid collaboration.
Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests.
Must have a project management certification or obtain one within 1 year of employment.
