Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Job Coach to join our team. As a Job Coach, you will be responsible for working with individuals with developmental disabilities and providing support and guidance to help them achieve their goals.
Duties:
- Provide coaching, training and mentoring to individuals with developmental disabilities
- Assist individuals in developing essential job skills, such as communication, problem-solving, and decision-making.
- Entering and documenting time and progress on supported individuals
- Ensures quality of work and duties are fulfilled on the job site
- Complete all training provided by Oklahoma Production Center
Experience:
- Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred but not required
- Must be at least 21 years of age
-Must possess a valid Oklahoma Drivers License
-Must be able to pass OSBI background check

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
