Oklahoma Red Door Management, one of Oklahoma's premier property management companies, is seeking a dedicated Public Housing Authority Liaison to join our dynamic team. Seeking someone with experience and knowledge of the Section 8 Program and ability to work independently.
Duties/Responsibilities (Not limited to)
1. Download / process letters for all locations / Owners for OCHA and OHFA portals (NHA)
2. Post ads and take down once deposit taken
3. Submit new prospect scheduling requests and track
4. Input work orders and update accordingly
5. Assist in scheduling maintenance for repairs relating to inspections
6. Attend inspection and complete pre-inspections
7. Upload letters to rent-manager
8. Send appt reminders to tenants and managers
9. Track repairs and completions
10. Keep Calendar up to date with appointments with reminders to all Parties
11. Obtain estimates as needed and track approvals
12. Submit section 8 lease renewals
13. Attend inspections and lease signings
14. Update rent allocations
15. Build solid foundation with Housing Authorities
16. Submit collection and violation issues and petitions to Agency
17. Collection calls prior to eviction being filed
18. Keep managers up to date on appointments and results
19. Other duties as may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the employee.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Familiarity with basic functions of tablets and computers.
- A valid driver's license.
- Ability to operate company vehicles and other equipment safely.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
