What are the responsibilities and job description for the Real Estate Broker Assistant position at Oklahoma Red Door Management?
Seeking a part-time broker assistant. Assist in marketing, file organization, data entry, collections and general office tasks for a boutique real estate firm in the South OKC/Moore area. Must have general knowledge of Microsoft Office and willingness to learn our existing system. Duties/Responsibilities (Not limited to)
- Assist Broker in managing days in / days out as personal assistant which may require driving
- Property inspections / marketing photos
- Keep Management Agreements Current/In Good Standing
- Office Supply Inventory
- Assist with marketing and advertising as well as auditing existing
- Resident Newsletter & Correspondence (HOA 2x Year/Apartments 1x Year)
- Website Upkeep / Social Media content
- Taking and outsourcing all (or majority thereof) of rental inquiries
- HOA Meeting attendance as needed
- Input New Management Clients and Property Set-Up in Rentmanager
- Set up officer meetings
- Coordinate office and community events / decorating
- Other duties as may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the employee.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.50 per hour
