This position is located in our phone center at our Capitol Branch, 3001 N Lincoln Blvd, OKC 73105.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

- Provide outstanding service and contribute to overall team effort.
- Maintain knowledge of credit union products, services and policies.
- Build and maintain relationships with key community partners, including but not limited to:
- Select Employment Groups (SEGs)
- State agencies
- Non-profits
- Youth in foster care and foster care champions (including but not limited to youth currently in foster care or transitioning out of foster care, state agencies, non-profits, businesses, shelters and any other organization that supports and advocates for youth in foster care)
- Civic groups
- Local businesses
- Realtors and more
- Create new community relationships by conducting research on the potential partner, identifying and meeting with decision makers and presenting solutions that benefit the partner and the credit union.
- Prepare, schedule and conduct financial education workshops in-person or virtually for assigned community relationships to generate leads and grow membership.
- Organize community programs and coordinate special events that will promote product and services of the credit union to expand select employment groups (SEGs) and the field of membership.
- Provide quality referrals on OKCU products and solutions.
- Respond to inquiries from community members and other interested parties.
- Support other members of the Community Relationship team by filling in when needed to support their relationship efforts.
- Maintain records; track, analyze and report on all relationship activities and results.
- Work closely with branch staff.
- Meet individual goals and work to meet branch and credit union goals.
- Meet licensing and certification requirements as needed.
- Ensure confidentiality regarding member transactions and information.
- Ensure compliance with all credit union policies and procedures.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, journalism, or a related field.
- Two years’ experience in a similar position, or the equivalent combination of college level education and experience is acceptable.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- This position operates in a clerical office environment with branches active in a transaction setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers and filing cabinets. The noise level is typically moderate. At least 50% local travel is required.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. This position requires manual dexterity, the ability to lift files and open filing cabinets. This position requires bending, stooping or standing as necessary.
