Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Teller role located in Oklahoma City, OK. The Teller will be responsible for handling customer transactions, providing excellent customer service, promoting credit union products and services, and ensuring accurate record-keeping of financial transactions.
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Experience with cash handling and financial transactions
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
- Ability to promote and cross-sell credit union products
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of banking software
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required
