Job Description
Under the direction of the Manager of Patient Access, the Central Scheduler is responsible for scheduling outpatient visits from the daily work queues. Confirms accuracy of patient demographics which include Insurance and PCP information. Scheduler is also required to pull estimates, review with patient for the upcoming visits, and collecting the estimate as required. Performs related duties as required.
