Job Description
Under the direction of the Chief Operating Officer, the Operations Manager will support a variety of special programs and projects that align with the organizations mission and vision with a focus on initiatives that drive improvement in safety, quality, efficiency, and engagement. They will work collaboratively with the COO to build, develop, and maintain operations to support strategic direction for the organization. Activities may include, but are not limited to, monitoring of projects and resources to ensure timely and accurate completion, implementation of projects with direct oversite by the COO; review of policy and protocols. Assists in operational support tasks; works cooperatively with others as part of a team and recognizes the importance of group goals. Responds to requests within authorized scope of knowledge and skills. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission and values. Strong organizational, analytical, and communication abilities as well as excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities are required for this position.
Requirements
Education: Post Graduate Degree - or actively working toward a postgraduate degree to be completed within one year. Experience: 1-3 years
