Job Description
Reporting to the Facilities Director: This position is responsible for (but not limited to) installing, repairing and maintaining pipes, fixtures and other plumbing used for water distribution, steam, HVAC and waste water disposal. Performs specialized jobs with skillful knowledge. Install new and maintain existing fixtures, systems, equipment and appliances following sketches, blueprints, and manufacturers instructions. Conducts inspections on equipment, systems and applicances to assure design performance and safety. Maintain existing equipment and/or install new equipment as required.
Requirements
High school or GED preferred
Journeyman's plumbing license required
5 years minimum experience required
