Individuals within this job classification are accountable for following the nursing process in accordance with OSUMC standards to deliver efficient, effective, and quality patient care to promote optimal health outcomes. The registered nurse (RN) must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age and individualized needs of the patients served on the assigned unit. The RN is expected to adhere to and abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act and OSUMC Policy and Procedures.
Education: 2 year Associate Degree, or higher License
Certification: Valid OK RN License
BLS, ACLS and PALS within 90 days
Experience: Pre-Op/PACU Experience Preferred
