Job Details
UNIT : LAB
HARD REQUIREMENT : Experience with Abbot Architect analyzers and Wellsky blood bank program.
Start Date : ASAP
Shift : 5x8 Mid M-F
Years of Experience REQ : 3 years.
First-Timers Travelers : No first time travelers.
Job Requirements
Certs REQ : MLT or MLS, lab generalist- chemistry, hematology, analyzers, interface, or Wellsky for blood bank
EPIC : Preferred, will review case by case
Locals Accepted : Yes
Pending License Accepted : No
RTO Restrictions : No Holiday RTO; max 5 total days in 13 week assignment. No additional RTO after the time of submittal or while working on contract.
Guaranteed Hours : 40 per Week
Unit Specific Information
Compliance call out : Travelers must commit to going into the lab within 48-72 hours of signing!
Additional Details
Must be AHA or American Red Cross! RQI accepted. BLS (Healthcare Provider) required for all units
Must be AHA or American Red Cross! RQI accepted. Required for all PEDS units Preferred but not required for Observation unit
NRP required for NICU, L&D, & Post Partum units
Fetal Heart Monitoring Certificate required for L&D unit
Tech cert verification required for tech positions only. CNA’s – Do not require the tech cert verification. Please require the State License 1 Verification. GI / Endo Tech – Tech cert verification not required.
Primary Source Verification, checked prior to start date
Unit specific Comp Exam must be submitted with the file.
CS – All candidates must provide a badge photo. Deadline for photo is Thursday @ 2 PM EST before start. This must be on file and can effect on-time start if not received. Photo Requirements : Photo must be in front of a plain-white background. There cannot be any objects in the background. Must be a clear, front-facing picture similar to a passport photo. No tilting of the head. Photo must not have any filters.
