Certification Details BLS - Basic Life Support ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support NIH Stroke Certification Job Details Epic Experience REQUIRED. Unit : ICU Start Date : 3 / 3 Shift : 3x12 Nights Ratios : 1 : 2; occasional 1 : 3 Years of Experience REQ : Epic experience required; 3 years working experience preferred in a hospital setting. First-Timers Travelers : No first time travelers. Minimum of one successful travel assignment is required with no performance or attendance issues. Weekend REQ : minimum of 4 wknd shifts in a 4 week period Guaranteed Hours : 36 per Week Top 10 Diagnosis / Procedures : CRRT, (nxt stage) cardiac, cardiac surgery, cabg (hemodynamic monitoring) respiratory failure : vent management, DKA, altered mental status. Manage multiple drips. Any special procedure done on the unit? Central line set up & management; central line, ART line, CVP; basic dysrhythmia training required.
