GENERAL SUMMARY : Thisposition will facilitate learning for non-credit Industrial Maintenance programslocated in various locations including Tulsa, Okmulgee, and Pryor Oklahoma.
PRINCIPALDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Provide high-quality instruction in one or more areas of Industrial Maintenance Technologies, including : AC / DC Circuits, Electrical Control Applications, Electrical Control Devices, Introduction to PLC’s, Hydraulics and Pneumatics, Mechanical Drives, Mechanical Drives 2, Hydraulics Troubleshooting, Process Control Systems, Flow / Level, HVAC1-HVAC Electrical Systems 1, HVAC2-HVAC Electrical Systems 1, or HVAC2-HVAC Mechanical Systems, Motors & Controls, etc.
- Maintain accurate records of students' progress and provide them including administration when appropriate.
- The instructional load may include distance learning.
- Developing and updating course materials and curriculum in conjunction with the OSUIT faculty, WFED, and client.
- Assume daily responsibility of housekeeping and maintenance of classrooms and laboratories.
- Develop course assessments.
- Willingly spend the time necessary to accomplish assigned tasks and responsibilities.
- Participate in student persistence efforts.
- Fulfill other responsibilities to meet the needs of the client or OSUIT.
