What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Support Specialist I-Sr position at Oklahoma State University?
Coordinate the Counseling programs’ projects, programs and administrative functions in the School of Community Health Sciences, Counseling, and Counseling Psychology (on Stillwater campus and OSU-Tulsa campus) and other University areas.
Serve as Clinic Coordinator and resource person for the Counseling and Counseling Psychology Clinic; manage activities, correspondence, services, projects, and administrative functions for the Counseling programs. Serve as a liaison between the Counseling programs and students. Assist the School’s Assistant Director with other administrative duties for the Counseling programs as needed or requested.

Position Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
High School/GED
One year of clerical/customer service experience.
Post-secondary Education May Substitute For Years Of Required Experience.
Experience with computer software including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Internet, and other Database programs and multi-line telephone.
Preferred Qualifications:
Three or more years of clerical/customer service experience.
