Required Qualifications: Bachelor's in Business, Finance, Research Administration, Agriculture, or related field.

- Maintain a thorough knowledge of regulations applicable to sponsored programs administration – federal, state and private. This includes OMB Uniform Guidance Requirements; Cost Accounting Standards; Audit Requirements for Federal, State , and Private Awards; and FAR and the State of Oklahoma purchasing policies. Also maintain a thorough knowledge of University policies concerning sponsored programs, intellectual property, compliance and other related issues. These regulations are revised frequently.
- Manage the fiscal and contractual administration of sponsored projects, including the determination of allowability of costs, the application of the appropriate regulations and policies, the invoicing and collection of revenue, the documenting and reporting of cost share, and the calculation of earned and waived F&A costs.
- Assist Director in training and professional development of post-award and Finance team staff, and faculty
- Review, analyze and negotiate award documents.
- Develop, negotiate, establish and monitor subcontracts under prime externally sponsored projects.
- Manage complex, long-term grant projects as necessary.

Education & Experience
Position Qualifications:

- 5 years of experience in research administration
- Valid Oklahoma Driver's License
