GENERAL SUMMARY : The Child Care Assistant is responsible forthe direct supervision and program delivery for children in the OSU Instituteof Technology Child Care Center.
PRINCIPALDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Working with children on age-specific activities.
- Assists with the feeding of children and changing diapers or assisting with bathroom needs.
- Supervises outdoor play.
- Provides routine cleaning of the facility and equipment.
- Interacts with parents.
- Starts and / or closes down child activities and the facility.
- Perform other functions that may be assigned by the administration and / or supervisor.
