The Communications Specialist is a skilled professional who excels in creating outstanding print and digital designs. This role requires precision, creativity, a keen eye for detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines. As a key member of the Office of Communications and Marketing, team, they will collaborate with an experienced creative and graphic design team and work closely with other staff to effectively promote and elevate the Division of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources across the OSU community, as well as at the state, regional and national levels.
Responsibilities :
- Ensure materials align with OSU Agriculture brand guidelines
- Deliver high-impact, consistent designs
- Oversee complex projects including educational resources and promotional materials from concept to completion
- Work with cross-functional teams to align creative work with organizational goals and design objectives
- Ensure all designs meet accessibility best practices, making materials welcoming and accessible
- Other duties as assigned
Duty reporting is in-person on the OSU campus in Stillwater, Oklahoma.
