What are the responsibilities and job description for the Data Examination Clerk position at Oklahoma State University?
Performs initial review, analysis, and verification of financial aid applications. Accurately transfers a variety of information from a number of different documents and reports to the computer system.
Prepares letters to applicants/parents as needed. Verifies addresses.
Assists in the preparation of documents for scanning. Performs scanning functions. All other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
High School/GED
Two years of related or university experience.
Must possess a high energy level, be well organized and have an eye for detail. Must have a high level of accuracy and be able to complete tasks in a timely manner. Must be able to participate and work in a team environment. Must have knowledge of various software programs, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate's degree
Experience with state and/or federal regulations, specifically financial aid application process. Experience with SCT-Plus system. Knowledge of document imaging systems.
