What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fiscal Operations Specialist position at Oklahoma State University?
Responsible for reconciling and maintaining state appropriated accounts for the College of Veterinary Medicine. Duties related to Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions of the Vet Med Business Office, Dean’s Office, Student Services, and Extension / Outreach. Responsible for the SAVMA student organization and Vet Med Alumni financial processes. Prepare travel requests / reimbursements for Business Office staff. Train new staff in accounting sections of college departments as needed. All other duties as assigned.
