Job Summary:
Position Summary: To perform a variety of technical and administrative work in support of the Human Resources Department. Assists new hires with onboarding documentation, assists with training enrollment and preparation, and processes employment actions. Greets and assists all customers entering the human resources’ office. Processes requisitions, manages department pro-card, schedules meetings, and orders office supplies.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry 8-10 pounds, stoop, reach, stand, walk, finger, grasp, feel, talk, hear, see, and perform repetitive motions with our without special accommodations.
Environmental Hazard: Typical Office Environment

Education & Experience
Position Qualifications:
Requirements:
Two year's college or technical training or equivalent
At least 6 months customer service experience
Skills, Knowledge and Proficiencies:
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritize work.
Strong technical and computer skills
Preferred:
Bachelor's Degree
Experience in human resources and/or higher education.
