- Provides library and research services, is person in charge of policies and customer service during shift. Duties may include access services patron account management, online resource development, assists in open education resources, technical services projects, organization and maintenance of the library and its collections

Education & Experience
Position Qualifications:
- Masters or Masters Level MLIS/MLS student with at least 18 hours of coursework and current experience
- Field of Study: ALA accredited Library and Information Science or equivalent
- 1-3 years of current library experience
Preferred
- Masters or Library Science Coursework in pursuit of Masters with at least 12 hours completed
- Field of Study: ALA accredited Library Science Program
- Academic or school library experience. Experience with online databases and research
- Must demonstrate skills in database research, customer service, technology, and a variety of software skills for presentations or subject guides
- Requires strong communication skills in writing and speaking
- Requires the ability to evaluate information sources for content, authority, accuracy, and relevancy
- Familiarity with open access, library systems, assessment, and instruction in a classroom or online. Experience in reference, collections, cataloging or technical services
