Position Summary: The Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at the Oklahoma State University Center for Health Sciences (OSU-CHS) is seeking a Program Manager and Clinical Consultant (PMCC) to assist in the execution of OKCAPMAP, a grant funded project (federal, state, and private). The purpose of the program is to bridge the gap in pediatric mental health care by providing consultation, education, and referral assistance to the pediatric-serving primary care provider. The PMCC is responsible for the management of the program administrative tasks relevant to the OKCAPMAP program. The PMCC will provide comprehensive budget management, communication with the research and finance departments, contract development and execution, vendor communications, state partner communications, provider communications, and other program administrative tasks as needed. The PMCC will assist in consultation, as needed or requested by the Program Director or Medical Director. The program work plan is dynamic, and the duties of this position may evolve over the course of the program. The Program Manager will report directly to the OKCAPMAP Program Director, and work closely with the OKCAPMAP Medical Director, OSU-CHS finance and research staff, external vendors/contractors, and OSU-CHS Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences personnel. The position is a full-time exempt staff position in Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences. Some in-state travel may be required.

Education & Experience
Position Qualifications:
- A masters level degree or higher is required.
- Experience with contractual, finance and interdepartmental processes required.
- Federal, state, and/or private grants management experience required.
- Licensed clinician (i.e., LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LMSW, clinical psychologist) in the state of Oklahoma is required.
Skills, Proficiencies, and Knowledge:
- Devoted interest in pediatric mental health with broad pediatric mental health experience
- Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in program management
- Advanced multi-tasking, problem-solving, and coordination skills
- Exceptional communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Works collaboratively and/or independently, as needed
- Skilled in maintaining accurate records and preparing various reports in a timely manner
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and engage with exceptional professionalism
- Proficiency or willingness to learn online communication tools and platforms
- Must be deadline-driven and goal oriented
- Strong knowledge and skill in the use of computer applications, such as MS Windows
- Dedicated willingness to learn specific computer applications required for program management
Preferred:
- A master’s degree
- Experience in administration or management preferred
- 5 or more years post licensure clinical experience preferred.
